2. Use of the website
The content on the website, including text, images, logo, design and graphics, belongs to China Palace Restaurant AS or our partners and is protected by copyright law. You may use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes. Copying, distribution or other use beyond this requires our written consent.
You must not use the website in any way that is unlawful, or that may harm, overload or impair the website or others' use of it.
3. Table reservations
Table reservations are made through our booking provider. Please arrive at the agreed time. If you are late, the table may be released. If you need to change or cancel, please let us know in good time. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel reservations in cases of obvious error or misuse.
4. Takeaway and gift cards
Takeaway orders and gift card purchases are made through external providers (Baemingo and Givn respectively). For such purchases, the providers' own terms and conditions also apply in addition to ours. The statutory right of withdrawal normally does not apply to the supply of food and drink meant to be consumed quickly, but may apply to unused gift cards — see the provider's terms.
5. Prices, menu and allergens
Prices and menus on the website are indicative and may change without notice. Errors are reserved. Our food may contain allergens. If you have allergies or intolerances, please tell us when ordering — we are happy to provide information about the contents of our dishes in line with the Norwegian food information regulations.
6. Limitation of liability
We strive to keep the information on the website accurate and up to date, but make no guarantee that it is at all times error-free or complete. The website may contain links to third-party websites for which we are not responsible. We are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the website, to the extent permitted by mandatory law.
7. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes will be sought resolved amicably. Failing that, Bergen District Court (Bergen tingrett) is the legal venue, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as needed. The current version is always available here. If you have questions, contact us at post@cpbergen.no.
