We put the menus together around the season, from the first small plates to the last glass. Here is a little of what goes into them.

We make everything from scratch each day, with Cantonese and Sichuan roots and the wok on full heat. Good ingredients are left to speak for themselves.

We have picked the wines with care so they suit the food. Fresh and aromatic ones for the lighter dishes, and something fuller to go with the duck.
